When you're first starting, the hardest thing about being a vegan is finding recipes that you actually want to eat. I struggled with this a lot, and I would end up buying processed, pre-made vegan food because I really didn't have any idea what to make.

A lot of my friends have said that they would try a vegan lifestyle if they just had recipes they enjoyed. I thought about this, and I figured a lot of other people would have this same problem. So, I decided to create this cookbook.
